Exchange isn't showing up in Terminal Services Manager
anymore and can't telnet to port 25 of exchange either.
The error I get in Term Service is "The client couldn't
connect to the terminal service. The server may be too
busy. Try again later"
ANY HELP WOULD BE GREAT.

Pardon? Exchange is a service and shouldn't show up in
the terminal services manager. If your port 25 is closed,
I'd imagine that your exchange service isn't running or
the SMTP service of Exchange isn't running.

If you can't connect to the terminal service using a
terminal services client, try to ping the server or telnet
to port 3389 of the terminal server. Alternatively, try
doing a netstat -an on the terminal server to see if port
3389 is open and listening.
