I want to do a system restore.
But when I try, I can't. Then i get a message saying that
only the Administrator can do a system restore.
But I AM the administrator.

My account is under my name, not under Administrator.
However, it clearly says under my name that I'm the Administrator.
I don't know what to do. I want to do a system restore.

Your computer is probably infected with a trojan or spyware.. install
Adaware SE and The Cleaner to scan your computer and delete any infection.
