Do not do a System Restore at this time. Do this first:

SAS:
http://www.superantispyware.com/
Download the free software all purpose scanning software and for each,
install it, update it to the latest definitions, do a full scan and
let them fix any problems. Separately of course.
Please do not just "try" something to see if it might work.
