i installed the microsoft office 2003 into my computer. now when i
synchronize my xda to the computer, the calender, contacts etc dont come up
on the xda, what am i doint wrong

Check with the owner's manual - this is not an Outlook problem.
Synchronizing is always the purview of the device and synch software.

What kind of XDA is it? What version of ActiveSync do you have
installed? Have you configured ActiveSync to sync those folders?
