Hello Everybody,

I've installed Vista on my computer and try to connect my PocketPC Ipaq 3630.
I've already installed the last Windows Mobile Device Center (6). But when i
want to synchronize my device, I've got the message (System Not available for
the oldest versions of Windows Mobile Only Windows Mobile 2003 or Post
versions).
Have you got an idea ?
Thanks. john

Unfortunately the error means what it says. If you don't have Windows
Mobile 2003 or newer on your device it won't work with the WMDC and Vista
except for basic file sync features.

Hello Richard,

Thanks a lot for your answer.
Could you tell me more about the basic file system features. I'm interesting
in that.

You can use your older Windows Mobile devices with the basic sync
functions - copying files to and from the device and so on. You just won't
be able to sync with Outlook, Calendars and so on.
