Can't stop Winmail from running at startup

I've noticed Winmail runs automatically as a process on startup. Is there a
reason this needs to run and if not can I change it to launch manually? My
OS is Vista Home Premium 64 bit.

I've checked msconfig and the startups and there is nothing in those areas
that permits this behavior.

Thank you in advance, Rob

That's not normal. Mine doesn't do that, but I have the 32-bit flavor
of Vista.
