I have a computer with windows XP on it that will not
start. When I try to start I get a blue screen that tells
you to try a safemode boot. I have tried that but it
still goes back to the blue screen. This is a HP computer
that came with windows preinstalled so I do not have a
windows CD.

What is the text of the blue screen? If you have installed any hardware of
software recently try uninstalling it in safe mode.

I cannot get the computer to run in safe mode.
