Can't sort Address book names

Trying to solve the problem of "services" not showing up under the Tools
option, I changed from Corporate Workgroup to Internet only setting.
Account services did then show up, but there were other features of this
setting that I didn't like. So I changed back to Corporate Workgroup .

And again, under Corporate Workgroup the "services" options under "Tools"
doesn't work.

But now my address book sorts the names by first name. When I try to go to
Address Book/Tools I get a message that I don't have enough memory
resources. I've rebooted twice and the Task Manager shows I have 1.6 GB of
memory available.

When I posted about this problem some time ago, that message thread said I
should set up a new profile. I did, but with
that one too, the "services" doesn't work. And once I set up a new profile,
I'm not sure how that fixes my problem and how I get all my contacts to show
up in my address book by last name instead of first name.

Any help would be greatly appreciated. I'm using Outlook 2000 SP-3
(9.0.0.6627).

Bob

Switching back and forth between mail support modes is not supported and
usually corrupts a profile beyond repair. State how you are trying to create
a new profile and why you can't.
