can't sign on

      15th Nov 2003
i am trying to sign on to my computer and i get this
message, "the system could not log you on. make sure your
user name and domain are correct, then type your password
again. letters in password must be typed using the correct
case. make sure the caps lock is not accidentally on." i
am using the correct password. how can i get back on the
computer?

      15th Nov 2003
Log on under the "administrator" account with the
administrator's password, then reset the password
for your own account.
