XP Pro in Windows Standard Server ntwk
Recently had to reset the IRPStackSize to 21 (virus software issue) and can
now see and share the HD's but althought I can "see" the CD\DVD drives I
can't access them even though they are set to "share" -

Is this a IRPStacksize issue or something else?

Are you trying to access them in order to copy files or or are trying to
Burn a CD from Remote.
Regular Burning software does not support Burning through the Network.
