Can't set up new email account

Followed all instructions using POP3 and when I send my test email to our
home computer it says server not found. Help.

You don't send email to your home computer, you send it to a server
somewhere.
Please post any error message here. Right-click on it, and select Copy.
Then paste it into a reply.
And tell us who your email account provider is.
