cant set up email

's Computer Specifications

can anyone help me please with setting up windows mail. My POP3 keeps coming
back as an error. Can not send or receive any email
Does anyone have a vista help phone line

1) Any error messages: Please copy and paste them IN FULL to your reply to

2) The name of you ISP and or your mail provider.
