For Front Page 2003
I read all the instructions but when I right click inside the form, I do not
get the "Form Properties." Option, so I can't Click Send to or In the E-mail
address box, type the e-mail address to which I want to send the form
results.

"Form field properties" is the closest thing I see and not that nor anything
else I click on, allows me to complete what seems like it should be a rather
easy task.

Help please!

Then you haven't actually created a form, only "loose" form fields.

As Rob mentioned, you may have stand along fields. This could be because
there are no form tags or your fields are outside of them.

Always start with Insert >> Form >> Form and then add your fields.

If you provide a URL for the form page, someone can take a look.

How do I go from loose form fields to actually creating a form?

Thanks, I'll give that a shot. I did cut and paste the form from another
site I was working on so hopefully that was the problem.

You should be able to create a new form in Design mode, make sure your
cursor is within the form and hit enter a couple of times to give you room
above the Submit button, then just drag/drop your fields that you already
created...this "may" work. If not just redo the form from scratch.
