Can't set an appointment in Outlook 2003 - appointment window doe.

This is happening with 2 users.
Clicking add doesn't work, ctrl N doesn't work, nothing works.
All other functions work (mail, contacts, etc.). Not a storage issue.
Using exchange 2003.
