a) Try talking to your Exchange admin.

b) If you still need help, try microsoft.public.exchange.clients as OWA is
part of Exchange, not Outlook.

Hi there, thanks for that. Could you please expand on this?

Sure. First, talk to the person who is responsible for maintaining your
Exchange server. They are likely versed in problems that may come up in
OWA, as it is there responsibility to ensure that things are running
properly and they may recognize the problem you are seeing.

Also, OWA is not actually part of Outlook, but is instead part of the
Exchange Server software. Outlook has nothing to do with it and, while some
of the people who read this group do know about it, there will be more
people who know about it in a different newsgroup, namely the one named
microsoft.public.exchange.clients. Since you're using the web based
newsreader, you'd either want to switch to OE, following the steps at
http://www.microsoft.com/windows/ie/...groups101.mspx, or
just go to
http://www.microsoft.com/communities...change.clients
for the subpar experience that the webreader gives you.

Enough expansion?
