I haven't been able to send or recieve any of my emails since last weekend.
It gives me this error message:
Task 'incoming.verizon.net - Sending and Receiving' reported error
(0x8004060C): 'Unknown Error 0x8004060C'

I also tried to delete some of my old emails. I get another error.
The messaging interface has returned an unknown error. If the problem
persists, restart Outlook.

How would I fix this?

Please start by advising what your version of Outlook is. I'm kind of
thinking you're either using an older version of Outlook (2002 or earlier) or
you brought a PST file from an older version of Outlook into a new version
such as 2003 or 2007.

I'm not exactly such which version I have. It's either a 2002 or 2003.

I think it's 2002. Whatever came with Office 10.
