Who is your ISP? Have you checked the settings there?
Would be nice if you could post the error message - no-one here can see your
computer...

Hi
I can send emails from my 2nd email account but nothing appears in my inbox
for any incoming mails (have to check webmail)
All outgoing mails are fine and are appearing in sent items-please help

And that error message would be..... ?

A frequent cause of inability to send mail from a laptop is that the laptop
is not connected to the network owned by the same people who run the
outgoing mail server. That is, if you have Verizon at home and they are
your mail provider, and have taken the PC to work or a hotel that doesn't
use Verizon, your mail isn't going to send.

This is because most, if not all, ISPs now block outgoing email that uses
Port 25, and they put their own server on that port. To get around this,
you have to use a 3rd party SMTP server, such as Gmail. These servers
don't use Port 25 and will usually allow you to connect anywhere.

have tried to resolve it.

Please copy and paste any error message that you get when you fail to send
or receive mail
