Can't send or receive in Outlook

's Computer Specifications

I asked this question earlier, and have spent the better part of my day
trying everything I can think of. Outlook won't send or receive any email
from any of my mail accounts. No error messages, the send receive progress
just zips right through and says send/receive complete, but I'm suspicious
because it moves so fast. Can anyone provide some helpful advice? Thanks.

Did you check the Sent folder and see if any of the messages that you sent are in there

The version of Outlook being?
And if you use Test Accounts, what then?

's Computer Specifications

I am using Outlook 2003. The sent mail stays in the outgoing mail box. The
test shows that I am connecting to the email accounts fine.
