Please help...When i send a picture file via My
Pictures,the reciever opens up the e-mail to find a
scrambled pic in the mailOR no picture at all.
I reduce the size to fit mail AND have sent it as a jpeg !
I use Incredimail but have tried sending using my yahoo
And msn account.No luck .

What OS are you using? what do you mean scrambled? have you scanned for
virus'? What are the exact steps you take in attaching the picture file?
Maybe these questions will help people in helping you if you answer them.
I will try to help but its hard to picture what you are facing with such
little detail.

Im running XP .The steps i take are :- I open "MY
PICTURES" then select a picture from a folder.From the
File and Folder tasks on the left of the window i
select "e-mail this file".A small window appears asking
if i want to "make my pictures smaller" in the mail i am
about to send.I click OK.Then the picture and mail are
sent...I've sent to various recipiants and they all fail
to get the picture i send.Either no pic at all or a
picture with only the top 5% visible and the rest blank
or patterned.This is the best i can descibe .This problem
is on my mother-in-laws pc(not mine) but when I send
photos this way...its fine.
