can't send page by attachment or link in ie6 sp1

's Computer Specifications

this happened after running all of the updates I believe.
Anyone know how to correct it? I have uninstalled IE,
repaired it and reinstalled it?

What's the OS you're using, and the mail client?

Type REGSVR32 SENDMAIL.DLL in the RUN box. Restart Windows. And then follow
the steps here: http://www.mvps.org/sramesh2k/oemissing.htm (ignore the
title)
