I need help! I just set up Window Mail and have no problem receiving mails
but I am unable ti send any mail. I have tried the spteps recommended in the
TROUBLE SHOOTING but it didn't work. I also set up my "Mail Authentication"
but that din't solve the problem either. I keep receiving the message bellow:

The message could not be sent. The authentication setting might not be
correct for your outgoing e-mail [SMTP] server. For help solving this
problem, go to Help, search for "Troubleshoot Windows Mail", and read the
"I'm having problems sending e-mail" section. If you need help determining
the proper server settings, please contact your e-mail service provider.

The rejected e-mail address was '(E-Mail Removed)'. Subject 'test',
Account: 'pop.wlink.com.np', Server: 'smtp.wlink.com.np', Protocol: SMTP,
Server Response: '550 relaying denied', Port: 25, Secure(SSL): No, Server
Error: 550, Error Number: 0x800CCC79

Thank you.

550 errors mean either you're attempting to use a sending (SMTP) server that
your ISP doesn't own and operate, or you have an authentication (name,
password, "My server requires authentication") setting that's incorrect.
These articles apply to all email clients, not just Outlook

When I send a message I get it returned with a message from System
Administrator:
"550 #5.1.0 Address rejected"
"553 Sorry, that domain isn't in my list of allowed rcpthosts"
"Relaying prohibited"

How do I fix this?

You cannot send from your (E-Mail Removed) account using your ISP's outgoing
(SMTP) server.

See the section " Configuration Settings" here:

Server Response: '550 relaying denied' can mean that there is a server
problem that has nothing to do with you, and which you cannot fix.

Eventually the problem may go away when tech staff notices it but in the
meantime you might consider settng up a gMail account for sending purposes.
THis is pretty simple, pretty reliable, and works worldwide.
