can't send my emails

I hve uninstalled Norton but I have one particular emial that will not shift.
Windows Mail encountered an unexpected problem while displaying this message.
Check your computer for low memory or low disk space and try again.
what has low memory got to do with this???

It works for all folders, not just the Outbox.

I connect and work online, but when I want to send or receive mail, windows
mailmesage read as error?
What seems to be the problem?

What if any errors do you get when you try to send and receive? Show us the
entire error messages.

If you uninstalled Norton, you may need this to finish the uninstallation
properly:

If messages are piling up in your Outbox, what happens if you try to delete
the oldest such message?
