Help, I get error message: An unknown error has occurred. Protocol: SMTP,
Port: 0, Secure(SSL): No, Error Number: 0x800C006C
No anti-virus program appears to work, and I have used this vista email
successfully for several months until the past few days. My family and I have
4email accounts and can send out from all of them except one, (mine, of
course) but I cannot recreate that one, and it is a very important that I do.
Any suggestions?

What do you mean by "No anti-virus program appears to work." ?
Also, why can't you delete that account and recreate it?

The "Port: 0" error almost always points to corruption from an an
antivirus. If you have used either McAfee or Norton antivirus on that PC
at one time, you will need to use their special removal tools.
