Can't send a link or page using IE6

My problem: I'm unable to forward or send a link or page through my current
web browser configuration (IE6). When I try, it automatically goes to "MSN 8
Internet Service registration". How do I disable this? I've confirmed that my
internet progams are configured correctly (e.g., Email is configured to
Microsoft Outlook).

Any suggestions/recommendations would be appreciated.
