Hi, I find that when I try to send a jpg attachment I repeatedly get a
failed delivery message and the attachment isn't sent. I use outlook
express, have norton av.2004,and am using windows xp pro.
Is there any adjustment to any of these that may help to remedy
this problem? Thanks

Is the NDR (non-delivery report) message sent from your ISP? Or from
the destination (i.e., recipient's) account? What does the message SAY?

Ted,

If you are using Outlook and not Outlook Express, usually the simple
solution is to rename the extension to something like "old" and send it.
Just inform the recipient that they will need to rename it back after
downloading.
