Microsoft Fax was only included with Windows 95 but not with any later
versions of Windows. Microsoft Fax was not even compatible with any later
versions of Windows except for Windows 98. Microsoft did not start offering
a fax module with its operating system again until Windows 2000 (the one
offered with NT4 was never actually released). Windows XP Fax is the same
fax module as Windows 2000, only it has been updated to contain even fewer
functions and to make it work with even fewer modems.
So, no. There is nothing you can download, and at the rate things are going,
nothing you would even want to.
