I'm not receiving an error message. When I open Outlook there is a message
in the lower right corner of the screen that says "Preparing to
send/receive..." but that's it. It doesn't matter if I have Outlook open
for 2 minutes or 2 days, it still says "Preparing..." and the emails just
sit in the outbox. I use Bellsouth.net for my emails. When I send directly
from bellsouth, the emails go immediately. I have checked the settings and
even deleted and re-entered the settings for bellsouth to interface with
Outlook. I'm not sure I'm using the correct terminology but I hopes this
gives you the information you were looking for to help. Thanks in advance!
