I have 2 laptops with the same programs. On 1 everything works fine. On the
other when I try to send emails with Outlook 2003 they will not go through if
I switch to another network. I have 3 networks at home and can only send
emails from this laptop on one network. I also can't send if I go out of town
and have to use a new network. I receive emails fine.

You need to authenticate yourself against the SMTP server is you are using
it from outside the network.

There must be an error message associated with this problem. That would be
the key to solving it, please post it in its entirety. Thanks
