can't send emails that have picture attachments

's Computer Specifications

As of yesterday, I can not send emails that have picture attachments. The
emails remain sitting in my outbox. Does anyone know what I need to do to
resolve this.

Are the entries in the Outbox in italics and do they have a Sent date?
