Michelle,
Check also with your ISP, they may have recently change their policies
relating to the number and/or size of email messages that can be sent at one
time. Especially if you are using a residential acct, for your volunteer
service. You may need to break up the sending list to smaller groups, or
upgrade to a commercial acct.
Another method you might try is to send the church "newsletter" or "notice",
as a mail merge document.

I'm using Outlook 2002.
Do you have any idea which settings I should be checking?
Thanks Much:
Michelle

If you are using Outlook 2007 then no. Previous versions of Outlook you were
able to. Try sending the email in Plain Text format and use attach for the
graphics
