Are you sure that's the entire error number?

The error number is normally 8 hexadecimal digits after the '0x' part.
However, by itself, even with the proper length, there are usually a half
dozen different possible reasons for the error. The error message pop-up
should also include a verbose component which helps narrow down the cause,
adn appropriate solution. So please post back with the complete error
message; copy and past is preferable, if you can do it.
