When I am on a website and I hit the contact us button an email window opens.
However when I use it to send the email never goes through. Any suggestions.

I have windows Vista and the email will not let me send email or deleting
messages. It done one time before and I used the WMUtil program and it
cleared it up. It has started again under both ID's. I'm not a techincal
person, just a retired person who has basic knowledge of computer. Does
someone have help in layman language.
