I havent had a problem with WM until the past few days....help?

Your server has unexpectedly terminated the connection. Possible causes for
this include server problems, network problems, or a long period of
inactivity. Subject 'Re: Basketball Tickets', Account:
'dpsfil.psafety.unc.edu', Server: 'dpsfil.psafety.unc.edu', Protocol: SMTP,
Port: 25, Secure(SSL): No, Socket Error: 10053, Error Number: 0x800CCC0F

Are you trying to use that SMTP server while off-campus?
If so, that won't work. For more on this topic see
http://www.postcastserver.com/help/P..._Blocking.aspx

There are four possible workarounds:

1. Use webmail for sending.
2. Use a port other than '25' for SMTP, if your mail provider
has a provision for that.
3. Use the SMTP server belonging to your current connection.
4. Get a free Gmail account, configure it for POP access, and
use it for your sending chores. Gmail uses port 465 for SMTP.

I'm just giving you the facts as I know them. ISPs can and do
change their policies over time, so what worked for you yesterday
may not work today.

So maybe the server is down or they changed something. I once had my email
address changed without any notice from the ISP I had back then.

Ok, thanks all for your help. I talked to my IT people and they said they
did have a mail problem yesterday and apparently my issues are related.
