Ok, I think you're mixing applications here.
Outlook 2007 is a stand alone mail client that runs as its own executable.
OWA is a web based mail client that is actually part of Exchange Server that
is run through a web browser.
So, are you using Outlook 2007 or OWA?
Assuming you're using OWA, since the problem actually points to a known OWA
problem:
a) microsoft.public.exchange.clients is the right place
for OWA issues as it is part of Exchange, not part of Outlook.
b) You'll want to tell your Exchange administrator to install the hotfix in
http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx/kb/911829 on the server because
you are running
Vista, and that should put the text boxes back on the form.
