can't send email to microsoft accounts

using Office 07, all email to personals with Hotmail and MSN accounts bounces
back with this message "SMTP error from remote mail server after MAIL 550
SC-001 Mail rejected by Windows Live Hotmail for policy reasons. Reasons for
rejection may be related to content with spam-like characteristics or
IP/domain reputation problems. If you are not an email/network admin please
contact your E-mail/Internet Service Provider for help. Email/network admins,
please visit http://postmaster.live.com for email delivery information and
support

's Computer Specifications

Could be a problem with your ISP's email being blacklisted for spam or you
are using another email address that's blocked. Check with them for acct
settings. Try sending plain text emails to see if that works in case it's
your stationery or signature.
