Peter,
As you instructed I uninstalled and reinstalled Trend Micro AV. On the
reinstallation I looked for option you mentioned and couldn't find it. After
reinstallation, as expected, problem persisted. What's interesting is that I
tried to send an attachment after uninstall and before reinstall. Problem
persisted in that instance also. Could the problem be with Outlook and not AV
software? If I uninstall and reinstall Outlook, is there a way to keep my
Outlook address book?
