CANT SEND E_MAILS

's Computer Specifications

got new computer
copied account info from outlook express precisely to windows mail
recieve e-mails ok
all outgoing e-mails get stuck in outbox with error message

Please help-I think Ive tried everything-PS not computer geek

's Computer Specifications

In Windows Mail go to Tools, Accounts, select that account, Properties,
Advanced, then uncheck the SSL option.
