Using Windows Vista, Suddenly I cannot send any e-mail. Can recieve normally.
I've already rebuilt the account in "Tools" menu with new POP server
settings, but I still can't send.

By the way, my outgoing mail is set to port 25. How do I know if that's
correct?

Please select the error message that appears when sending fails, copy &
paste it to your reply here.

Tell us who you pay for internet access (ISP)
Tell us the last bit of your email address, ONLY the part after the @
Are you at home trying to connect or are you away, hotel etc?
Can you get to web pages?

Then we have a chance of helping you?

If you call your ISP/Mail provider, they will walk you through the setup
process and all will be well..
