New computer with VISTA, using DSL with Qwest. Spent hour with Qwest and get
no help. Suggested I contact Microsoft. Next is Dell for help. No problem
with XP. The error is simple; 800CCCFo Service unavailable. ISP and
Server..need to make sure it is input correctly, however, Qwest is clueless.
Can someone out there help? Thanks.

Did you really mean "Outlook"? If so, please post in an Outlook newsgroup.

If you meant Windows Mail, right-click on the error message,
copy, then paste it into a reply here.
The devil is in the details.

0x800CCC0D

The host 'mail.vccs.edu' could not be found. Please verify that you have

The error messages are correct. There are no mail server hosts
with that name.
Use outgoing.verizon.net and mail3.utility.vccs.edu.
