Can't send documents from Microsoft Word to email friends

's Computer Specifications

I have sent Microsoft Word documents to friends for a long time, but for some
reason, something has changed and is no longing allowing me to send out
anything on Microsoft Word Document. It looks like it sends it, but it
doesn't. Any suggestions?

Are you saying that you can't send the documents from within Word?
