Can't send or delete email

My Outbox has now 10 email for 2 days. Can't delete old email only by
shift+delete. Can't update my contacts or add new contacts.

I tried to download new updates, the system asks for Product Key but would
not recognize it. I have the original package!!!

Please Help!!!
