Can't send attachments (.jpg files) it just sits in the outbox

's Computer Specifications

If I try to send any attachment, it just sits in the outbox and won't send.
What am I doing wrong. I didn't have this problem with previous versions of
outlook.

Do you have an Anti-Virus software that plugs into Outlook? Disable that
plugin and try sending again.

Exit out of Outlook, go to Start - Run and run Outlook /safe and try to send
the attachment.
