Can't select signatures, stationery, or editor options under Tool

's Computer Specifications

I'm unable to select signatures, stationery, or editior options under Tools,
Options. When I click the button, nothing happens. I believe this was working
OK until today.

I have closed and reopened Outlook; restarted the computer, and opened
Outlook. But the problem still exists.

More info needed--version of OL? Make sure you are not using Word as editor.

's Computer Specifications

It is Outlook 2007. I think that HTML is the only editor available. It seems
to me that it was working OK, then suddenly clicking on any of the three
buttons doesn't bring up the appropriate screens.
