Click on the Start button, then click on your user folder icon.
After the folder opens, drag the Pictures folder to the
Start button and the Pictures folder should appear in
the Start Menu.

When I go into "Customize Start Menu", there is no option to add or
remove the Pictures folder to the start menu. Music is there, but not
Pictures. I had it set to "don't display this item", but now I want to
change it. Is there anything I can do to get this option to show up
again? Obviously, it was there at one time.
