Can't seem to get to the internet

's Computer Specifications

I have a company image, configure the correct proxy and all but when you
tried a site like google.com it just times out. No other machine in the same
environment have this problem. could there be a group policy that the user
may have tempered with?

Your first step should be to check and compare your IP settings
(IP address, default gateway, DNS Servers). Things like Group
Policy come much later. You should also try and ping Google by
its IP address instead of by name.
