Can't seem to Drag & Drop emails anymore

's Computer Specifications

I can't seem to drag and drop email message's from my inbox to folders
anymore. My daughter was playing with the pc and managed to press something
that has stopped the drag and drop working.

Is there a simple solution to this?

Could you try going to Start - Run and running "regsvr32.exe ole32.dll"?
