I am trying to load photoshop CS3 and I keep getting a message that says that
I should close internet explorer(7)

When I try to close the various "iexplore.exe" in the processes tab in the
windows task manager I keep finding that each time I close one it keeps
popping up elsewhere in the list!......any suggestions would be very much
appreciated.

How do you connect to the internet?, try to disconnect and then try the
installation of CS3.
