My broadband connection was working fine recently. Both
the power and ADSL lights on the modem are on. The
computer recognises the modem.

But, when I open the explorer shortcut on the desktop, I
get the message - the web page you requested is not
available off line. But I should be able to see it as the
page is on the modem.

Any suggestions?

At the Outlook Express Toolbar, click "File". In the drop down menu, remove
the checkmark from "Work Offline".
