I can't see tcp/ip protocol in Local area connection propriets

I have a w2k server SP2 (is a citrix server) is working correctly from tcp/ip point of view, but I can't see the tcp/ip label in
Local area connection propriets and so it's not possbile to modify, unistall tcp/ip stac
The problem in this scenario is that I can't browse the active directory, I can't map network resource, but I can use terminal services and ping and aother tcp/ip command
could anyone help me
