I'm trying to get the shared calender option to work with our Exchange
2003/Outlook 2007.

My colleague has shared his calender to me, and I can open it with the Open
a Shared Calender option, so it views side by side with mine. OK!

But if I plan a meeting and want to see his calender beneat mine in the
planning window, Outlook marks his horizontal bar being Unavailable.

What is wrong???

you are looking at free/busy when planning a meeting. Is your coworker
publishing his Free/busy?
